- A quotation discussion that shows open local responsibilities instead of hiding them inside the product price.
Confirm the shortlist before requesting price
Write down which model families remain active, which options are excluded, the quantity range, destination, and intended use. A model should not enter quotation review only because it looks good in a render.
Add the assumptions that affect cost and feasibility: utility entry, HVAC direction, shipment method, unloading plan, foundation approach, and who owns local review.
Inputs that belong in the shortlist file
Include model names or product families, target quantities, room-use notes, preferred options, required exclusions, climate expectations, and available site facts.
For each open local item, name the owner or mark it as missing: trailer, transport, utility contractor, installer, engineer, authority contact, or operations team.
What makes quotation review ready
The review is ready when quantity, destination, model direction, option direction, packing/shipment assumptions, and local-scope responsibilities are specific enough to price without major hidden assumptions.
If site facts or local owners are still unknown, request a checklist, trailer note, utility/HVAC note, or model sheet before treating the project as quotation-ready.
